Visegrad - Knights' Tournament

Guests are welcomed with fanfare upon arrival to the tournament. The town's history and castle are introduced in the medieval Solomon's Tower, with its roof terrace offering a great view of the Danube bend. Welcome drinks are served here. The tournament takes place on the nearby field, where a king and queen are chosen from the guests, crowned by knights, and the battles commence. The realistic face-to-face clashes evoke the bravery of medieval knights. At the end, guests can handle weapons with knight assistance. A torch-lit march led by drummers takes them 200m to the Renaissance Restaurant for a royal feast.

Puszta Olympic Games

Participants form several teams with different names and battle cries and then the games can begin. It will turn out who is the best in using a whip for knocking down a bottle, in horseshoe throwing, in wheelbarrow pushing or in „puszta” ski. Try to jump in a sack, use a wine-taster, find needles in the hay stack! At the end of the games the best team wins a bottle of wine or a small bottle of Hungarian apricot brandy.

Hollókő Excursion (World Heritage Site)

Hollókő, a treasure of Palócland in Hungary, showcases the preserved Palóc architectural style. The village's central area holds 58 protected buildings, preserving 17th-century architectural masterpieces. The Hollókő Women's Choir welcomes visitors in regional costumes with brandy and traditional pastries at the barnyard. Witness the revival of spinning houses with an enchanting performance and a display of beautiful traditional garments. Join in a folk dance and explore the Old Village.
