Budapest Grand City Tour

Duration: 3 hrs

Passing by the Parliament we cross the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle area on the Buda side, where we take a short walk to the Fisherman’s Bastion and the Matthias Church (Exterior). Next, we pass by the Gellert Hill for quick photo stop, where you can learn about the Citadel and Gellert Baths. From here we cross the Elizabeth-Bridge and drive towards Heroes’ Square (Promenade) on the Andrassy Avenue. Passing by the Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica we reach Hotel InterContinental – Eurama Office, where the tour ends.

Enjoy our 3-hour live guided city tour with professional guides and then an unforgettable sightseeing cruise on the Danube. Your tour begins with a 3-hour Grand City Tour of Budapest. You will pass by the iconic Parliament building before crossing the Danube River by the Margaret Bridge. The coach will take you to the Royal Castle area on the Buda side, where you will enjoy a short walk to the Fisherman’s Bastion and to see the exterior of Matthias Church.

Next, the tour continues up the Gellért Hill, where you will have a photo stop and time to take in the great views over all of Budapest. After this stop the coach will take you across the Elizabeth Bridge and along Andrássy Avenue to Heroes’ Square. Pass by the Opera and St. Stephen’s Basilica on the way back to the Intercontinental Hotel – EUrama office where the bus tour ends in order to start the Danube cruise experience.

The Boat tour starts downtown at the Vigadó Square dock no.6 terminal. Passing by the imposing building of the Parliament you can admire the panorama of the Margaret Island. The Castle District – the Royal Castle – the Matthias Church & the Fisherman’s Bastion are located on the Castle Hill, the Liberty Monument and the Citadel are on the Gellert Hill. Continuing the tour in the southern direction you can see the bridges of Budapest, the National Theatre, the Palace of Arts. Getting back you can see the universities of Budapest, the Central Market Hall. The tour ends at Vigadó dock no.6 cruise terminal.

Danube River Cruise

Duration: 1 hr

Your sightseeing cruise begins at Vigadó tér, Dock 6 (1051 Budapest, Jane Haining rakpart, Dock 6 ), where you’ll board the boat for the 1 hour cruise. You’ll pass by the imposing building of the Parliament as you cruise along the Danube River, see the magnificient buildings of the Castle District, including the Royal Castle, the Matthias Church and the Fisherman’s Bastion. On Gellért Hill you’ll see the Liberty Monument and the Citadel. As the tour continues south, you’ll have views of the bridges of Budapest, the National Theater and the Palace of Arts. As to boat turns around towards its starting location, you’ll see the universities of Budapest and the Central Market Hall, before the tour ends back at Vigadó Square, in the city center.

Jewish Heritage Essential Tour

Duration: 2 hrs

First your guide tells about the the most important chapters of the Hungarian Jewry's history.

As the highlight of the tour, we visit the Dohány Street Synagogue (interior visit), which is the largest in Europe and the second largest in the world. You also get a local guided tour in the Jewish Museum, where you get acquainted with the Hungarian Jewish heritage trough a unique collection of art pieces from Hungary and Eastern Europe, and the rich tradition of Judaism, its holidays and everyday life. A separate room commemorates the Hungarian Holocaust. Beside these we visit the Martyrs’ Cemetery,  the Raoul Wallenberg Memorial Park with the Tree of Life and the Heroes’ Temple (outside visit).  After the tour it is possible to visit the Jewish Quarter Exhibition in the Goldmark Hall and the Family Research Center.

Jewish Heritage Grand Tour

After a short break we continue our walkthrough the Jewish Quarter, passing by the Rumbach Street Synagogue (outside view only), continue on the streets of the former Ghetto, where synagogues, monuments, kosher restaurants, and kosher shops can be found. While your guide tells you important facts and local stories from this area, you also get to know more about Budapest. During our journey we visit the Memorial Park dedicated to Carl Lutz, then we pass by the famous Gozsdu Passage. The third station of the Synagogue Triangle is the Kazinczy Street Synagogue (interior visit), which is one of the largest operating orthodox synagogues in Europe, built in art-nouveau style. At the end of the tour, we invite you to a traditional Hungarian Jewish cake and coffee.

Dinner Cruise with sparkling wine 

Duration: 1.5 hr

Wine, dine, and dance on this evening cruise along the Danube River. Take in spectacular views of Budapest and watch live entertainment, including a folklore performance and gypsy music. Enjoy your choice of a 4-course meal with champagne for a perfect night out. Begin your wonderful evening the moment you step on board with a glass of champagne. Szentendre the Artists’ Village – Join us on this half-day tour to visit Szentendre, which is also called the southern gate of the Danube Bend. (The bus ride takes approximately 45 minutes). Explore the mediterranean atmosphere in this charming town with professional guide and marvel at the number of galleries, street artists and musicians along the way. After a walk around the Artists’ Village, we invite you for a free tour of the Marzipan Museum. Before the bus departs from Szentendre, you will have some free time to explore the area. At the end of the tour, we return to Budapest, the program ends at the City Center.

Lake Balaton Tour

Duration: 9,5 hours

Combine pleasure, culture and nature in just one trip! You will be able to see the largest freshwater lake of Central Europe, Lake Balaton. Our first stop is Balatonfüred which is a lovely small town on the north shore of Lake Balaton. We invite you for a short sightseeing ride with a local ”nostalgia train”. Next, we drive to the Tihany Peninsula, which has been declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO. This area is rich in special natural and architectural values. Puszta Tour with horse show and lunch

Explore the 3 amazing settlement along the Danube Bend – a geographical region wher the River Danube flowing from west to east, suddenly take a turn tot he south, creating a picturesque scene. 

The Danube Bend - An excursion into Hungary’s history along River Danube (visiting 3 different historic places in 1 day) – We make a short visit by bus to Slovakia, then drive back to Esztergom, (Center of the Catholic Church) with an interior visit of the Cathedral. Afterwards, we show you a great view of the Danube Valley at Visegrád. After your lunch (3-course menu with 1 mineral water), we move on to Szentendre (guided walk in the Artist’s village). At the end of the tour we return to Budapest by bus or by boat on Saturdays & Sundays (from May to September) Duration: 1 hour – the tour ends at the Dock / City Center.

Return by boat between 01 May 2025 – 30 Sept 2025 (final dates TBA), NOT AVAILABLE in case of low or high water level in the river, and during winter time return to Budapest by bus.
