As we do the negotiating direct with our suppliers, you can be sure you’ll get a great deal. In addition, if our offer is over your budget, we appreciate the opportunity to try again. Our Offices
CoDan Agentura has two offices in Central Europe. Our headquarters are in Prague and offers hotels, tours and related services in Prague, Berlin, Dresden, Warsaw, Krakow, Vienna, Salzburg and Bratislava. Budapest is where you will find our second office. As well as providing tourist services in Budapest itself, they are able to offer accommodation and tours etc. throughout Hungary.
Service/Tourist Office
At our headquarters in Prague we have a dedicated Tourist Office available to visitors 7 days a week. It is staffed by people who can speak many languages. We have people who speak fluent English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Czech, Dutch, Belgian, French, German and Italian.
Travel Café Nordica
Whilst they’re finding out more about Prague or waiting to speak to one of our Tourist Office staff, your clients might like to enjoy lunch or a snack at our travel café Nordica adjacent to our Tourist Office.
Café Nordica is a travel cafe in the heart of the city and offers Scandinavian specialities, fresh salads, sandwiches and a hearty ‘soup of the day’ that may be washed down with three kinds of Czech beer. There’s always an exhibition of paintings or photographs to admire. Free wireless Internet connection is available too. Conferences and Meetings
We have a dedicated team who can help you plan conferences and meetings. Their services are available in Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Krakow, Vienna, Salzburg, Berlin, Dresden and Bratislava.
When preparing a conference or meeting you will want to focus on getting as much as possible from the designated time. CoDan Agentura has gained a large amount of experience organizing conferences and meetings. We can appoint a project manager who will help you to arrange everything and ensure things run smoothly. We can organise high quality, cost effective conferences/meetings professionally managed from beginning to end or we can simply provide assistance where you need it.
Incentives and Events
Our Events Department can help you plan events or incentives for groups. Their services are also available in
Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Krakow, Vienna, Salzburg, Berlin, Dresden and Bratislava.
Nowadays companies and organizations are realizing the importance of motivating and incentivising their employees. Incentives and events improve motivation, develop relationships, promote awareness and encourage teamwork. Our project managers will help you to arrange everything from suitable activities or day trips to parties or other social gatherings. We can make your event company specific and even give it a theme. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
Of course our services are not only available to corporate clients. We are equally proficient when organizing weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and other non business celebrations.
Accommodation
Finding the right place to stay is, to us, of the highest importance. A person’s accommodation is their home during their holiday. Therefore it should match their requirements as closely as possible. We offer a wide range of accommodation, from 1 to 5 star hotels, pensions, apartments and boatels etc. all tailored to a persons needs.
Transfers
We can offer a wide range of transport, from standard airport and city transfers to luxury services to any destination. Individual travellers and groups can be accommodated. The vehicles we use are reliable and come with well trained professional drivers.
Guided Tours
To really get to know a city we offer professional experienced guides. To us a guide isn’t just a storyteller. He/she should be ready to answer questions about a specific building/monument as well as general questions about a city/country.
Tickets for Events
Most of the cities where we offer our services are very rich culturally. Classical and modern concerts, operas, ballets and theatre productions are just a few of the things on offer. We can arrange the best possible seats depending on budget and requirements.
Restaurants
Restaurant booking and menu planning is a service we offer for groups. Depending on your or your client’s requirements we can search for the best possible and most suitable restaurants. We also offer professional advice concerning aspects such as ambience and entertainment.
