CoDan Agentura shall not be responsible for any injuries, damage, or loss caused to any traveler in connection with dangers and risks inherent in sporting/adventure activities, climatic conditions, accidents or illness, terrorist acts, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, social or labor unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, acts of God, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside CoDan Agentura's control. Clients are hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility that a traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled due to personal emergency.
CoDan Agentura does not guarantee any supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any of and all the following: passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
Payment for and retention of reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent of the client to the above and agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. By embarking upon travel, the client voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected, and the client hereby expressly agrees to forever release, discharge and shall hold CoDan Agentura and its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, and subcontractors harmless against any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, suits, claims, and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever which the traveler may now have or which may hereafter arise out of or in connection with any trip or participation in any activities arranged by CoDan Agentura.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to obtain coverage for themselves, travel companions, and family members to cover unforeseen travel issues such as cancellations, interruptions, delays, lost/stolen/damaged travel documents and personal property, medical expenses, and emergency transportation.
In addition to the terms set forth above, neither CoDan Agentura, nor its affiliates, franchisers, information providers or content partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or lack of authenticity of, the information contained within codan-agentura.com, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses arising there from or occasioned thereby. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages.
